In balance with nature
A committed community gardener in Montreal (and in San Francisco, where she previously lived), Sylvie has always been interested in herbal medicine and aromatherapy. Learning about plants and how to grow them from root to blossom plays a meaningful role in her approach to health.

Openness and expertise
Sylvie lived for many years in California, where she refined her knowledge of natural health, anatomy and medicinal plants, in order to better support her patients in their quest for increased health and well-being. Having worked many years at Scarlet Sage Herb Co. in San Francisco, Sylvie’s practice was greatly inspired and transformed by the expert herbalists specializing in traditional, ayurvedic and Chinese medicine, as well as the midwives, doulas, acupuncturists and naturopaths that she worked with there.
